Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use the Travelino app ("Travelino", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Travelino. Questions: travelitoivan@gmail.com.
Your account
- You need to be at least 13 years old to use Travelino.
- You're responsible for what happens in your account. Keep your Apple ID secure.
- You can delete your account at any time in Settings. Our Privacy Policy explains what happens to your data.
Travelino Premium
- Travelino is free to use for one trip. Travelino Premium adds unlimited trips, Travelino AI, memories with photos and publishing trips.
- Premium is sold through the Apple App Store as a monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time Lifetime purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the next period within 24 hours before it starts.
- If you start a free trial, it turns into a paid subscription when the trial ends, unless you cancel before then.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Premium stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its own rules.
- We may change prices. A new price never applies to a period you've already paid for, and Apple will tell you before a subscription renews at a higher price.
Your content
Your trips, notes and photos stay yours. You give us permission to store, process and show them in order to run Travelino for you: to sync them, show them to you, and send them to our providers where a feature needs it, such as Travelino AI.
When you publish a trip, you also allow us to show it, including its text, places and photos, to anyone in the feed, and to let other travelers save your places to their own trips. You can unpublish a trip at any time.
Only publish content you have the right to share. Don't publish photos of other people without their consent.
What's not allowed
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You agree not to:
- publish content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, violent, sexually explicit or discriminatory;
- publish other people's personal information, or content you don't have the rights to;
- spam, mislead other travelers or impersonate someone else;
- try to break, overload or reverse engineer the app or our servers, or collect data from it with automated tools;
- use Travelino AI to create content that breaks these rules.
You can report a published trip from the trip's page. We review reports and can remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms, without notice.
Travelino AI
Travelino AI generates suggestions automatically, and they can be wrong or out of date. Opening hours, prices and even whether a place still exists can change. Check the details before you go, and don't rely on AI answers for safety, health, legal or financial decisions. Don't share sensitive personal information in your questions.
Places and other services
Maps, places and directions come from third parties such as Apple Maps and Google Maps. We're not responsible for their accuracy or for the places themselves, such as restaurants, museums or tours. Your trips are your own decisions: check travel rules, safety advice and entry requirements yourself.
Ending your use
You can stop using Travelino and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. We may also change or stop parts of the app; if we stop Travelino entirely, we'll tell you in advance where we can.
No warranty and limits of liability
Travelino is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we don't give warranties that the app will always work without errors or interruptions, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data or lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country that can't be limited by agreement.
Apple
These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple isn't responsible for Travelino or its content, and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it. If Travelino fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you can notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any; Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple isn't responsible for claims relating to Travelino, including product liability claims, claims that it fails to meet a legal or regulatory requirement, consumer protection claims, or claims that it infringes someone's intellectual property. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. You confirm that you're not located in a country under a US government embargo and aren't on any US government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we'll let you know in the app. If you keep using Travelino after that, you accept the new terms.
